Founded by Jean Neves, an esthetic pioneer and one of the first licensed laser technicians in Massachusetts. Cape Cod Skin Care is built on over 26 years of clinical experience in advanced aesthetics, laser technology, and skin health restoration.

JEAN NEVES
Founder and Owner
Jean is a Licensed Esthetician with nearly three decades of experience and a specialized focus in laser and energy-based aesthetics. She has graduated from the Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics in Medford, Massachusetts, where she was the first student to receive all five Outstanding Achievement Awards.
She has a passion for skin health, beauty, and innovation.
Certified as a Laser Technician since 1998, Jean has extensive experience in advanced laser treatments and medical aesthetics. She has completed advanced training throughout the U.S. and Canada with leading luminaries, bringing a results-driven, clinical approach to every treatment.
She has also served as a Northeast distributor for an international skincare manufacturer, and later developed her own private skincare line.
Additionally, Jean trained in makeup artistry under the legendary Marvin Westmore.
This advanced education has shaped her expertise in clinical and laser aesthetics,
her ability to deliver comprehensive, aesthetic-focused results that combine technology, artistry, and skin health.
JENNA GRELLE
MA, RN, BSN
Jenna Grelle is a Certified Aesthetic Nurse and the founder of Bloom Aesthetics, LLC, with a strong clinical foundation in preventive medicine, medical aesthetics, and patient-centered care. Her multidisciplinary background in clinical healthcare, wellness medicine, and high-acuity service environments enables her to deliver evidence-based aesthetic treatments with a high standard of safety, accuracy, and clinical integrity.
She specializes in medical weight management, neuromodulator injections, and dermal filler treatments, utilizing a comprehensive assessment-based approach to treatment planning. Jenna prioritizes facial anatomy, structural balance, and tissue health to achieve natural, optimized outcomes while supporting long-term skin and metabolic health.
Jenna’s professional achievements include serving as a clinical researcher and co-author in the Journal of Occupational Medicine, contributing to published research on cardiovascular risk reduction through coaching.
Her leadership experience includes guiding the Canyon Ranch team to a Leading Hotels and Spas designation and earning recognition as a Ritz-Carlton 5-Star Leader.
TINA MCCAFFREY
Licensed Esthetician, Certified Health Coach
Tina McCaffrey is a respected pioneer in integrative aesthetics with over 30 years of experience in advanced clinical skincare and holistic wellness principles. She is a licensed Cosmetologist, Laser Technician, Corneotherapist, Massage Therapist, Certified Holistic Health, and Integrative Functional Nutrition Coach.
Tina studied cosmetic science at UCLA and has worked alongside dermatologists and plastic surgeons. She has trained nationally and internationally with leading skin experts, staying at the forefront of clinical and corrective skincare.
Tina’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that beautiful, healthy skin begins from within. This passion led her to expand her expertise, allowing her to identify and address underlying imbalances that may be impacting the skin. She takes into consideration factors such as diet, lifestyle, stress, hormonal health, and internal inflammation, creating personalized treatment plans that support long-term skin health rather than temporary fixes.
Her mission is to educate, empower, and coach clients to view skincare as an essential part of their overall health and wellness routine. By combining cutting-edge technologies, clinical-grade treatments, and integrative wellness strategies, Tina helps her clients achieve consistent, youthful, and transformative results—both inside and out.
SARAH SHAW
Licensed Esthetician, Medical Assistant
Sarah is a licensed esthetician with a passion for advanced, results-driven skincare. Practicing since 2021 and born and raised on Cape Cod, she brings a refined coastal sensibility to her work—blending clinical precision with an elevated, client-centered experience.
Before returning to the Cape, Sarah spent two years at a respected Boston medical spa, where she gained hands-on experience with advanced treatments and medical-grade protocols. This foundation shaped her attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and belief in delivering care that feels both effective and deeply personal.
Sarah specializes in acne correction, age-preventive and corrective treatments, customized facials, waxing, and laser services. Each treatment plan is thoughtfully curated through in-depth skin analysis and long-term vision for skin health, ensuring results that focus on natural, refined results.
What Sarah values most is guiding clients through their skin journey with confidence and trust. She believes exceptional skincare is both an art and a science—creating a restorative experience that feels refined, intentional, and deeply effective, leaving clients feeling cared for, empowered, and radiant every step of the way.
