Founded by Jean Neves, an esthetic pioneer and one of the first licensed laser technicians in Massachusetts. Cape Cod Skin Care is built on over 26 years of clinical experience in advanced aesthetics, laser technology, and skin health restoration.
Our spa team draws from decades of hands-on experience and ongoing clinical education to specialize in corrective and therapeutic skincare, aesthetic injectables, and advanced laser procedures. JEAN NEVES
Founder and Owner
Jean is a Licensed Esthetician with nearly three decades of experience and a specialized focus in laser and energy-based aesthetics. She has graduated from the Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics in Medford, Massachusetts, where she was the first student to receive all five Outstanding Achievement Awards.
She has a passion for skin health, beauty, and innovation.
Certified as a Laser Technician since 1998, Jean has extensive experience in advanced laser treatments and medical aesthetics. She has completed advanced training throughout the U.S. and Canada with leading luminaries, bringing a results-driven, clinical approach to every treatment.
She has also served as a Northeast distributor for an international skincare manufacturer, and later developed her own private skincare line.
Additionally, Jean trained in makeup artistry under the legendary Marvin Westmore.
This advanced education has shaped her expertise in clinical and laser aesthetics,
her ability to deliver comprehensive, aesthetic-focused results that combine technology, artistry, and skin health.
ANGELA RUBINO NELSON
MSN, RN, ARN
Angela Rubino Nelson, MSN, RN, ARN, Medical Aesthetics, with over 20 years of experience, provides expert, non-invasive cosmetic services.
Angela Rubino Nelson is a highly experienced nurse and respected leader in medical aesthetics. Her nursing background spans ICU, Pediatrics, Oncology, Infectious Disease, and Hospice care, giving her a uniquely comprehensive and compassionate approach to aesthetic medicine.
Known for her meticulous technique and calm, reassuring presence. Angela is deeply trusted by her clients and committed to maintaining their comfort, privacy, and confidence throughout their care.
In addition to her clinical work, Angela is passionate about education. She has taught medical aesthetics at The Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts and continues to collaborate with physicians and aesthetic nurses through reciprocal training opportunities.
Angela offers a full spectrum of advanced aesthetic services, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microcannula injections, non-invasive PRP/filler facelifts, PRP injections, and PRP collagen induction therapy (microneedling), IV and vitamin therapy, and other cutting-edge rejuvenation treatments. Every treatment plan is thoughtfully tailored, prioritizing safety and precision, and is designed to enhance natural beauty while preserving individuality.
She remains dedicated to lifelong learning and stays at the forefront of emerging procedures and technologies.
TINA MCCAFFREY
Licensed Esthetician, Certified Health Coach
Tina McCaffrey is a respected pioneer in integrative aesthetics with more than 30 years of experience in advanced clinical skincare and holistic wellness. Having personally struggled with acne, Tina understands firsthand how deeply skin concerns can affect confidence and self-esteem. Her own journey to understand and improve her skin became the foundation of a lifelong passion for helping others. It also shaped the compassionate, whole-person approach she brings to every client—looking beyond what is happening on the surface to better understand the many factors that can influence the health and appearance of the skin.
Tina is a Licensed Cosmetologist, Laser Technician, Corneotherapist, Massage Therapist, Certified Holistic Health Coach, and Integrative Functional Nutrition Coach. She studied cosmetic science at UCLA, has worked alongside dermatologists and plastic surgeons, and has trained nationally and internationally with leading skincare professionals.
Tina’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that beautiful, healthy-looking skin is influenced by much more than products and treatments alone. Her interest in integrative wellness led her to further study nutrition and functional health principles so she could better understand how internal and external factors may affect the complexion. She considers the whole person—including skincare habits, nutrition, lifestyle, stress, hormonal changes, and other wellness factors—when helping clients better understand their skin.
Education is at the heart of Tina’s approach. She wants clients to feel empowered rather than overwhelmed by the constantly changing world of skincare. By taking the time to explain treatment options, simplify home care, and help clients understand the connection between skin health and overall wellness, she strives to make professional skincare feel approachable, purposeful, and personal.
Rather than relying on one-size-fits-all treatments, Tina creates personalized skincare plans based on each client’s individual concerns, goals, and needs. She combines advanced technologies, clinical treatments, home care, and integrative wellness strategies to support long-term skin health and natural-looking results.
LORI RICHARD
Licensed Esthetician
Lori Richard is a Licensed Esthetician and graduate of Spa Tech Institute who brings years of experience, advanced training, and a genuine passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin. With knowledge in both medical-grade and holistic aesthetics, Lori combines results-driven skincare with a warm, thoughtful approach that makes every visit feel personal.
She takes the time to get to know each client, understand their concerns, and learn what they hope to achieve before creating a treatment plan that feels right for them. Her services include customized facials, advanced corrective treatments, Glo2 Facials, lash lifts and tints, and personalized skincare guidance. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Lori carefully tailors each treatment to the individual and what their skin truly needs.
Known for her gentle touch and attention to detail, Lori creates a relaxed and welcoming experience where clients can enjoy time for themselves while also working toward healthier, more radiant-looking skin. She especially enjoys helping clients simplify their routines, understand their skin better, and feel more confident about the choices they make both in the treatment room and at home.
One of the things Lori values most is the lasting relationships she builds with her clients. She wants each person to feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and being part of the process. Her commitment to continuing education and innovative skincare techniques allows her to thoughtfully blend relaxation with results-focused care.
